1. Services Provided
We specialize in:
Website Development: Custom-coded websites and WordPress-based solutions.
Mobile Application Development: Android and iOS apps tailored to business needs.
SEO Optimization: On-page, off-page, and technical SEO to enhance visibility.
All services are delivered according to the scope, schedule, and payment terms defined in each project agreement.
2. Proposals and Contracts
Before starting any project, we provide a written proposal or quotation detailing the project’s scope, cost, and delivery timeframe.
Work begins only after written or email confirmation from the client.
Any modifications requested after commencement may result in additional fees or extended timelines.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms are clearly stated in each contract or proposal.
Typically, a deposit is required to initiate the project, and the remaining balance is due upon completion.
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except in proven cases of non-performance by MBM WebBuilders.
Refunds, if approved, are processed solely at the company’s discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate and complete materials, content, and feedback promptly.
Ensure that all provided materials comply with copyright and licensing requirements.
Approve work stages on time to prevent project delays.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered product (website, app, or design) is transferred to the client.
MBM WebBuilders retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All pre-existing code, libraries, and tools used remain the intellectual property of MBM WebBuilders or their original owners.
6. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services (such as hosting, APIs, or plugins).
MBM WebBuilders is not responsible for downtime, loss, or malfunctions caused by these external providers.
Clients are encouraged to review their respective terms of service.
7. SEO and Performance Disclaimer
While we follow proven SEO practices, MBM WebBuilders does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results, as these depend on third-party algorithms and market dynamics.
8. Maintenance and Support
Ongoing support or maintenance is offered only if included in the contract or under a separate service agreement.
We provide optional support plans for updates, bug fixes, and SEO maintenance.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during collaboration.
MBM WebBuilders will not disclose client information to third parties unless required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBM WebBuilders shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages,
Loss of data, profits, or business,
Issues caused by third-party tools or client-provided materials.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches key obligations.
Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to that date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt,
and, where applicable, in accordance with international commercial laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
13. Updates to Terms
MBM WebBuilders reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use implies acceptance of any changes.
